These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Durian Stack OS (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
The service
Durian Stack OS is a workflow control plane that helps businesses coordinate work across third-party tools they already use, including Google Workspace, Meta Lead Ads, SMS, and WhatsApp. We orchestrate these tools; we do not replace them. Your files remain in your storage providers (such as Google Drive) and your email remains in your email provider. The Service is provided to businesses, not consumers.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the security of your credentials, and for all activity within your workspace. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for the connected third-party accounts you authorize and for complying with their terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service in violation of any applicable law or third-party rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other workspaces, or the connected accounts of others;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, or attempt to reverse engineer it except as permitted by law;
- use connected integrations in any way that breaches the terms of the underlying provider (including Google, Meta, and messaging providers).
AI features
Some features generate drafts using AI. These outputs are assistive only and may contain errors. They are presented for review and require a person in your workspace to approve them before they take effect or are sent. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output before relying on or acting on it.
Your data
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service and provide the features you enable.
Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party providers that you choose to connect. We are not responsible for those services, their availability, or their terms. Your use of them is governed by their respective agreements.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Durian Stack OS does not provide legal, medical, or professional advice; you are responsible for the professional judgment exercised in your practice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Durian Stack OS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your integrations at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service or its users.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. (Placeholder — confirm during legal review.)
